Position: Production Assistant
Work Hours: 8 hours per day (7:50 a.m. to 4:30 p.m.)
Description: The Production Assistant is required to perform a variety of product production tasks under the supervision of a product team leader. The Production Assistant may perform the following tasks:
• Prepare components for products for assembly
• Assemble products according to directions
• Heat seal or vacuum seal products
• Prepare cases of product for shipment
• Inspect products for quality and apply labels as directed
All employees are expected to have the following abilities:
• Work seated at a table for an extended (2 hours) period of time
• Work standing at a table for an extended (1-2 hours) period of time
• Lift boxes of at least 30 pounds
• Perform folding and assembly tasks
• Count products with accuracy
This position is an hourly position.
